Unfortunately there is none, no magic pills, or programs, or diets, at least not yet, although there are hundreds of pills, and programs, and diets out there claiming to be the one, so they can dip their hands in to your wallet and take your hard earned money, it’s just basically sales. What they are selling you is hope and many people are buying into it.

Losing weight whether a few pounds or 100 pounds is not as hard and complicated as it seems, it’s quite simple and easy, all you have to do is just bring a little bit of discipline in your life, and believe me you will be able to lose weight and keep it off, because what most of the people don’t understand is that 75 percent of losing weight in mental. Now if you trying to do all kinds of physical thing to lose weight and completely forgetting the mental aspect of it you are bound to fail no matter what you try.

Losing weight and keeping it off can only be achieved by changing your life style. Now no body have the will power to make drastic changes over night in their life so let’s start by making these small changes slowly and gradually.

  • Try your best not to buy and take home junk food try to control yourself for that 20 minutes to half an hour you are in the grocery store and try to avoid junk food aisles, don’t take it home, once you are home and you don’t see any junk food around, basically you see no evil you eat no evil.
  • Instead of eating two or three big meals a day, try eating every three, four hours but smaller portions. Eating smaller portion few times a day is not only good for losing weight it’s also very good for health.
  • Drink as much water as you can during the day, drink a glass of water before you eat, you will not be feeling as hungry and you will eat less. And we all know drinking lots of water flushes your system and is really good for your health.
  • Lower your intake of sugars and carbs as much as you can foods with sugar and carbs produces insulin and insulin is the main fat storage hormone in the body.
  • Eat a lot of protein rich foods. Eat a lot of meat ,all kinds of meat ,beef, pork lamb,chicken,fish,different kinds of sea food .It’s a proven fact that protein is good for weight loss. Eating all kinds of protein rich foods, will give you a feeling of fullness, at the same time keeping your energy levels high, since all kinds of different meats have lots of different vitamins minerals and amino acids.
  • Drink coffee or tea or green tea, it will raise your metabolism. Go to a health food store and pick some digestive aide pills, eat a lot of probiotic yogurt, try to include beans and legumes in your diet, make sure you have a good night sleep, not sleeping enough or not sleeping properly also plays an important role in weight loss.so start with these few things and you will see a significant improvement in your weight loss very soon.
  • And last but definitely not the least create an image of yourself in your head the way you would like to look, keep it there and dwell on it make it stronger and stronger, think slim dream slim and believe me you will become thin.
